- $  50 Per hour (Min 2 hrs)
- $400 Overnight (12 hours)

- $600 Full Day (12 hours)
- $800 For 24 hours

- $1500 Weekend (Fri-Sunday)

*All renters will be vetted, adults only -

ALL attendee's must be 18+,

50% non-refundable deposit and a $100 refundable cleaning fee will be required for every booking.
